We're looking for a new Junior Partnerships Specialist to join the Customer Excellence Team in the Service Operations. Your mission: Ensure seamless integration of Passenger and Driver Care (PDC) into strategic partnerships, delivering top-notch service efficiently. Advocate for customers, aiming to enhance their experience and reduce reliance on PDC support. Manage business-led partnerships to generate users and support team contacts. Be a driving force in shaping our customer support landscape - join us for a dynamic journey

**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:

- **Integration Implementation**: Project manage customer care aspects of partnerships to boost demand or supply & collaborate cross-functionally to prepare processes, policies, and CRM systems.
- **New Mobility**: Oversee customer care for implementing new Mobility Partners & collaborate with internal teams for seamless integration.
- **Feature Roll-outs**: Partner with Product & Tech teams for key feature development and roll-out.
- **Analysis and Reporting**: Analyse PDC contact and performance trends and present findings and actions to the wider business.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Use customer care data for product, policy, and process improvements.
- **External Partner Management**: Manage customer care relationships with integrated Mobility Partners.
- **Escalation Point**: Serve as an escalation point for B2B and NEXT partner inquiries beyond PDC management.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- **Customer-focus**: Demonstrated experience in a customer experience setting.
- **Project Management**: Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in a customer-focused or mobility industry role.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Proven experience effectively managing internal and external stakeholders at all business levels.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- **Organisation**: Highly organised, accustomed to managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- **Prioritisation**: Ability to make pragmatic decisions for optimal outcomes.
- **Analytical Skills**: Identify key trends in customer care data and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
- **Problem-solving**: Willingness and ability to embrace challenges, collaborating on solutions with relevant stakeholders.
