**THE ROLE**
As Indie Campers' Commercial Partnerships Specialist you will be in charge of the structure and strategy of all of our Commercial Partnerships for Channel Sales around the world.
You will report to our VP of Revenue & Operations and work very closely with our Marketing, Customer Excellence and Revenue Management teams from our Lisbon, Portugal HQ.

- Foster and develop strong relationships with existing channel partners to further grow our reach, brand and bookings..
- Seek out new distribution channels that align with our mission and strategy.
- Set goals and develop plans for trade business and revenue growth.
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis.
- Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives between our internal marketing teams and our partners.
- Represent Indie Campers at events such as RV trade shows and travel trade conferences.
- Develop and negotiate proposals with new channel partners.
- Ensure Channel sales targets are achieved.
- Host Quarterly business reviews (QBR's) with each partner.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Engineering, Maths and/or Economics, or other related courses.
- Between 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably in industries related with vehicles/cars in tourism.
- Very strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in handling commercial partners is mandatory.
- Experience in managing a marketplace & their hosts will be highly valued.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written is mandatory.
You will be the driver of one of the more important revenue channels of the company, and have the opportunity to structure from the ground up the channel sales function.
You will be working across multiple geographies in 3 continents, cross functionally and with a good mix of analytical and sales.
