**Team Leader - Dutch Speaker (M/F/d)**
Porto (Maia), Portugal (req8040)
**What you will enjoy doing**
- In this role you will manage a Order Entry and Maintain Order team for the Dutch market
- In addition, you will ensure that processes are in place, are followed and up to date
- You will be responsible to ensure that the team handles customers orders and complains and address to the right department
- You will follow team results, kpis and make sure that they are sustainable
- Moreover you will have monthly escalation meetings
**What makes you great**
- For this role you need University Degree or minimum Secondary High school complete
- In addition you can speak native or C2 level of Dutch and English B1
- SAP and Office knowledge rounds up your profile
- Further you have experience in managing teams and you are a good and persuasive communicator

**What we offer you**
**This role is a full time position based on an unlimited. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.**
