Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various BPO roles, including customer service, technical support, and back-office positions.
- Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent and reduce attrition.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage the onboarding process.
- Work with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to improve morale and retention.
- Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
- Organize events, training sessions, and wellness initiatives to maintain a positive work culture.
- Foster open communication between employees and management.
Performance Management & Compliance:
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and help managers with goal-setting frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Handle disciplinary procedures, terminations, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Keep updated with industry trends and HR regulations to enhance company policies.
HR Operations & Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases for efficient workforce management.
- Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave policies.
- Develop and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve overall HR strategies and processes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRMS, ATS, and other HR-related software is a plus.
