**We are looking for an trainee to**:

- Perform regular Customer Service activities processing sample requests for direct customers and distributors.
- Provide a standard level of service to our transactional customers and distributors

**We count on you for**:

- Learn how to manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to delivery and follow-up

**You can count on us for**:

- Receive training in SFDC and SAP
- Manage Sample Orders to prospect customers
- Manage Customer Specific Requirements
- Sample management
- Customer request management

**You will bring**:

- University Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related fields
- No previous experience needed
- Fluent in English Acute customer centricity
- Excellent relational skills
- Capacity to collaborate and work within a team
- Eager to learn how to manage projects
- Microsoft Excel / Google Suite
