Junior Digital Marketing Expert

**Job description**

You will focus in creating awareness and improving our position in all digital channels, with close guidance of the Head of Marketing. To do that, you will be responsible for managing our websites and general campaigns, namely regarding SEO/SEM and our general Digital Presence, namely through Social Media. You will also be responsible to produce relevant content to be used throughout the several digital channels. Your final goal will be to generate organic leads that will make our business grow.

We are looking for someone who has a self-learning, results-driven attitude, with a continuous-learning-approach to life and great will to become autonomous and suggest new and improved courses of action.

You need to have a strong interest for strategic planning, a good understanding of the existing tools in digital marketing and be keen to understand the market and the VORTAL’s value propositions in-depth. **Responsibilities**

Manage VORTAL’s websites, focusing in improving the user experience, generating more traffic and high-quality leads;
Co-manage external Digital Agencies for the conception and implementation of an overall SEO strategy;
Perform keyword studies, develop strategies and run SEM campaigns for qualified lead generation;
Manage VORTAL’s image online, with close monitorization of opinion-sharing platforms;
Develop a robust social media plan and produce engaging content to support it;
Build dashboards to monitor KPIs and user metrics, so you can optimize spend and results and scale best practices across campaigns and channels;
Manage all online channels, including the online store.

**Education**

Bachelor / Master in Business Administration or Marketing;
Preferred: certifications issued by Google, LinkedIn and/or Meta in Digital Marketing and Analytics.

**Skills & Knowledge**

Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels;
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics);
Curiosity and good writing and editing skills;
Self-learning attitude, with high sense of responsibility, planning and autonomy;
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects at once;
Ability to work with a team and by objectives;
Entrepreneurship, tenacity, proactive attitude and creative thinking;
English and Portuguese (written and spoken) mandatory;
Spanish is valued

Up to 2 years’ experience in the area.
