This is a six months role with a possibility of extension.

- 2- Lead by example, by becoming fluent in all launch-related tasks, and jumping in and working those jobs when needed.
- **
Provide guidance & coaching to the local team during & post-launch**:

- 1- Ensure the local operations team has been trained & educated on daily operational tasks & responsibilities.
- 2- Provide instruction and mentorship for Operations Managers in the field.
- 3- Oversee the local operations team, ensuring that the team is working cohesively and is performing according to established operational metrics.
- 4- Successfully transfer ownership of the market over to the full-time Market Ops Manager, once established metrics have been achieved.
- **
Support Technology Demonstrations**
- 1- Coordinate with the Demonstration and Implementation next team to showcase Superpedestrain technology to cities and conferences.
- 2- Arrange demonstration logistics and prepare technology in coordination with engineering and supply chain teams.
**Who you are**:
