**About the job**
- The Wealth Management (WM) Business Regulatory Coordinator main responsibilities consist in
- Acting as the main point of contact on Business Regulatory items (in mode BaU) for the Group (integrated Compliance & Risk functions), for WM Business Line, Top Management, and across all WM Entities (scope GAIM)
- Support the Top Management in the Regulatory certification & recertification processes
- In charge of the consolidation of the adequate reports / indicators requested to follow the Business Regulatory Line Risks & escalation to the WM ICC on the key risks identified
- Contributing to the preparation BaU regular reporting and ad-hoc reports if need be

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Maintain regular contacts with Group & WM key stakeholders in particular within integrated functions (Compliance and Risks)
- Support WM Head Office, Regions & local entities
- Coordinate the processes of consolidation of adequate Regulatory reports / indicators requested for all concerned WM GAIM entities, but also coordinates the Regulatory certification & recertification processes
- Challenge the results
- Contribute as 1st line of defense (Lod1), to the day-to-day Risk monitoring and vigilance
- Ensure a relevant reporting (if need be) on the identified WM Regulatory key risks to the WM ICC
- Keep informed the WM Head Office, Regional & local SPOCOs of any changes regarding the main processes under responsibility
- Realise the monthly KYC GRP report and alert memo to the Top Management, including to the Group and WM HO Compliance
- Volker Rules (VR) / French Banking Law (FBL)
- Prepare the annual certification phase
- Realise the certification tree
- Coordinate the WM Head Office and local certifications
- Coordinate the inventories (twice a year)
- Complete reports (o.w quarterly Group pre-committee dashboard) & answer to Group on ad hoc analysis
- Prepare the annual certifications phase
- Coordinate the WM Head Office and local certifications (FATCA, QI & QDD)
- Complete reports / KPI and action plan follow-up on regular basis on these topics
- Answer to Group on ad hoc analysis and questions from the WM GAIM sites
- Realise a yearly sign-off review of Regent database (with Legal department)

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Good knowledge or very good appetite (training sessions) on Regulatory purposes
- Being able to synthetize and provide clear view for management
- Capacity to establish and leverage on a relevant network
- Ability to understand, explain and simplify (operational mode)
- Fluency in French & English
