**About the job**
- The Wealth Management (WM) Business Regulatory Leader & Outsourcing Coordinator main responsibilities consist in
- WM Business Regulatory Leader
- Act as the main point of contact of Compliance & Risk for Regulatory Business purposes
- Provid expertise and support to WM Business stakeholders (HO, regional & local level) and manage one FTE (WM Business Regulatory Coordinator)
- Contribute to transversal risk analysis under Head of WM Conduct & Control’s supervision
- Outsourcing Coordinator
- Provide outsourcing expertise and administrative support to the Beneficiary or involved parties along the Outsourcing Risk assessment process
- Act as the main point of contact and Coordinating the governance of the Outsourcing risk management framework across all WM Entities
- Contribute as a mandatory participant to HO Outsourcing validation committees
- Support to the HO COO or the WM Head of Conduct & Control in the certification and validation of Outsourcing lists
- In charge of the consolidation of the local Outsourcing Arrangements Registers
- Supporte the Beneficiary in the preparation and organisation of project (business data collection, risk identification & validation, go-live) and outsourcing committees
- Organise the monitoring of the register of arrangement and triggering the regular review of contractual arrangements (in line of the Group procedure)
- Contribute to the negative news event analysis and activating the alert and escalation process when required on Outsourcing
- Contribute to the preparation of ad-hoc Outsourcing reports of existing contractual relationship with the Beneficiary, in a continuously evolving regulatory and legal environment
- Contribute to the concentration risk analysis in Outsourcing

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Maintain regular contacts with Compliance & Risk (at group level & WM), HO stakeholders
- Support HO & WM entities with the dedicated FTE, WM Business Regulatory Coordinator
- Coordinate if requested transversal investigations & analysis in coordination with the Head of WM Conduct & Control
- Maintain regular contacts with HO sponsors (Business Lines) and HO COO/ WM Head of Conduct & Control in order to foresee outsourcing projects to come
- Support WM Entities (if requested) in order to foresee local outsourcing projects to come
- Animate a network of local correspondents for outsourcing matters (Local Outsourcing Coordinators)
- Become the center of expertise for HO stakeholders for Outsourcing matters
- Support the HO COO or the WM Head of Conduct & Control for the validation of Outsourcing Arrangements/Projects
- Be able to identify the adequate contract to be used depending on the context (SLA, OLA, DSA) and aligned to the group recommendation
- Coordinate the contracting phase of documentations requiring signature and collect the golden source (digital copy only)
- Leverage on past similar projects, aiming at improving and simplifying both process and documentation. Insures, when possible, a homogenized approach in all WM Entities
- Keep informed of any changes regarding Outsourcing, especially regulatory/FINMA evolutions on the thematic but also Outsourcing Group Policy’s potential adjustments
- Contribute as 1st line of defense (Lod1), to the day-to-day Outsourcing Risk monitoring and vigilance
- Ensure a relevant reporting on Outsourcing perimeter to all instances of the Bank (Direction Générale, Comité d’audit, Comité de direction)
- Organize a periodic outsourcing committee
- In addition, be a back-up of WM Business Regulatory Coordinator

- Good knowledge of regulatory and Legal context (Global and Local) regarding Compliance & Risk, Outsourcing in general, and Data Protection management in the very context of Outsourcing
- Be able to synthetize and provide clear view for management

- Capacity to establish and leverage on a relevant network
- Fluncy in French & English
