**Job Overview**

The Payroll Specialist is a key player in the HR team and will provide centralized Payroll & HR support to the Iberia HR Team, focused on Spain.
Key areas of responsibility include the administration and processing of the End to End Payroll for employees based in Spain and related HR admin activities.
This full-time position may suit an experienced payroll specialist looking to broaden their experience within both payroll and HR-related topics. You will have the opportunity to work on several payroll & HR related projects within an international environment. It concerns a fast-paced position which requires a driven and result oriented person with strong attention to detail. You will work within an informal, enthusiastic and diverse team and have the opportunity to grow your experience in a fast-moving multinational organization.

**Job Responsibilities & Qualifications**

**Responsibilities**
- Monthly end to end payroll cycle for all Spanish employees: timely & accurate processing, calculations, reporting, distributions, and queries;
- Manage Time & Attendance system and prepare all the variables to be processed;
- Ensure compliance with local, company and statutory regulations;
- Streamlining and continuous improvement of payroll processes;
- Participate in internal and external audits;
- Actively participate in key projects in line with payroll & HR strategies, like payroll software migration;
- The first point of contact for all external insurance, pension and broker vendors;
- Collection of annual merit review data for submission;
- Provide support in the monthly payroll accounting activities;
- Provide support in administrative HR tasks.
**Qualifications**
- Professional working experience in end to end payroll processing for Spain;
- Extensive knowledge of Spanish labor law, tax and social security statutory requirements;
- Experience in a global (matrix) organization (preferred);
- Experience working with payroll systems A3Nom or SAP (preferred but not mandatory) and SAP SuccessFactors (plus)
- Result-orientated, strong priority-setting, pro-active;
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international (matrix) organization;
- Knowledge of core HR and payroll data elements;
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Full working proficiency in Spanish and English;
- Available to work remotely with occasional travels.
