**What the role is**

The Country Payroll Specialist will help with the works in collaboration with the Country HR Director and the Finance team. This position will help to keep updated the developments and initiatives for the team agenda under its responsibility.

**What you will be doing**- To ensure the provision of an effective, accurate and timely payroll process.- Ensure records and processes comply with company and legal local regulations.- Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions and saving deductions.- Coordinate with HR and accounting to verify employee data and accounts.- Responsible for the coordination and presentation of end of month payroll reports for the Country team.- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices- Assist with other projects as needed- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

**What you need for the role**- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business/Finance- Local labor regulation knowledge- Minimum of 3 years payroll experience- Experience in a complex payroll environment
