What you will be doing

**IT Asset Management**: Ensuring the proper management and maintenance of IT assets, such as computers, software licenses, and peripherals, to optimize their usage and track their lifecycle efficiently.

**Computer Formatting and Preparation**: Taking charge of formatting and configuring computers, ensuring they are set up with the necessary software, security measures, and network connectivity before deployment.

**IT Support for employees**: Providing comprehensive IT support to employees, including handling and managing IT support tickets, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and assisting with technology-related inquiries.

**Internet Network Management**: Collaborating with the service provider to oversee the management of the company's internet network, including regular updates, installations, and ensuring smooth connectivity.
Maintenance of IT Production Office Sites, Digital Platforms and IT Newsletter: Taking responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of IT infrastructure in various locations, including production office sites and the company's digital platform.

**Creation of Procedures and Integration Manual**: Developing and documenting standard operating procedures and an integration manual for IT processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency in workflows.

**Excel Training and Support**: Conducting training sessions to enhance employees' Excel skills.

**Optimization of Support Tools**: Capability to suggest improvements and implement small enhancements to current processes.

**RPA Support**: Supporting the RPA processes within the company,
What you will bring
Experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar position.
Proficiency in the English language is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with active listening abilities, are essential.
Possess strong analytical thinking skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to effectively organize, plan, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
Basic programming skills are a plus.
