The **Project Manager** manages and is responsible for the delivery of projects from task outline to final reconciliation in line with client requirements and Ovation philosophy and policies, with particular focus on site inspections, client management, and operation of high end incentive programs, quality, timelines and priorities, meeting and exceeding clients’ expectations.

- I know my country well so I can support sales on proposals and budget creation
- If needed, I’m able to plan and conduct site inspections requiring travel throughout Portugal
- I’m capable of organising, scheduling contracting and liaising with all suppliers
- I’m capable of managing and supervising the preparation and build of the programme including financially
- If needed, I’m able to execute onsite event management ensuring event runs smoothly and resolving any issues
- I’m capable of maintaining detailed cost sheets and project files throughout with reconciling and wrapping up after the event

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 3 - 5 years experience in the MICE Market (preferably Incentives and/or M&E)
- Creative thinking with high ability on execution
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, and time management skills
- PLUS: Cvent knowledge not mandatory but highly appreciated
