Customer Care Agent Sales/service

The position

In order for us to be able to help our clients to be the best they can be, we need a team of first class Customer Care heroes to be their go-to person if they need support. Whether they need support with calibration, repairs, or have other ad hoc queries, you will be the face of HBK when they first get in touch. Through your work qualifying, registering and assigning queries to the most relevant internal department, it will be down to your organisational skills and customer focus that our clients continue to trust us and know that, once they have been in touch with you, they can be sure they are in good hands.

Should you want to spend time with some of your colleagues, there will be a desk available for you at our site in Maia, Porto area, Portugal. On top of this, you will join a world-class team with colleagues across borders, in particular working together with the factory in Denmark.

Main responsibilities

As Customer Care Agent you will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for our key customers. This could include informing them of any pricing questions, putting them in touch with some of our sales/service teams or providing them with other ad hoc information they may have- Keep customers in the loop about our sales/service offerings to make sure they are getting the best they can out of their relationship with HBK- Share your knowledge and expertise with colleagues across departments and locations, and learn from your peers to ensure that we, collectively, are the best we can be: for ourselves, colleagues, and customers.

Professional qualifications and experience- We have one absolute key criteria: You genuinely care about the people you work with and support- If you have experienced this in a similar role, where the customer has been in focus as well, this would be even better- Languages you speak: English and German (excellent command in writing and speaking) to be able to support primarily our main German customers. If you are also fluent in any other language that allows you to additionally interact with more of our global customer portfolio.- You are most likely to become a success in this role if you like to tick off your to-do lists, have a few different things going on at the same time and stay on top of your calendar.
