**Join our Transcom family as a German Customer Service Assistant**
- Managing pending situations: exchanges, complaints, returns, among other issues.
- Registration in the system of all requests/changes indicated by the client.

**What are we searching for?**
- Ability to generate empathy in a written form; Good communication and argumentation skills;
- Customer orientation and resolution of issues presented;
- Good computer skills in user's perspective (mandatory);
- Speak and write German, level C1 (mandatory)
- Speak and write English, level B1 (mandatory)
- Ability to manage time and meet objectives.
- Reside within a 40 km radius of Greater Porto.

**Requirements for the position**
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday;
- Availability to work between 09:00 and 20:00;
- The schedules are rotating fortnightly;
