**Role: Project Manager**

**Responsibilities**

**Project Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and effort requirements.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, ensuring their efficient utilization and alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and final project outcomes.
- Regularly communicate project updates to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

**Team Coordination and Leadership**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and ensure effective project execution.
- Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.

**Risk Management and Problem-solving**:

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Proactively address project-related issues and conflicts, escalating them when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and requirements and managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide status updates, ensuring alignment between project progress and client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering a positive and collaborative partnership.

**Qualifications**

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years as a Project Manager, preferably in a data analytics, IT consulting or technology-focused company.

**Leadership and Communication Skills**:

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and guiding cross-functional teams towards project success.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing project requirements.

**Organizational and Time Management Skills**:

- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
- Proven ability to manage track projects and optimize resource allocation.

**Good skills to have**:

- Understanding of data analytics concepts, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, cloud data products, and database management systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
