Founded in 1965, kp has 31 plants in 18 countries and employs over 5,700 people committed to serving customers worldwide in over 60 locations. **Your Responsibilities**: - Deliver monthly reports, presentations and analyses critical for monthly and quarterly management meetings on a Division level (FP Division Review); - Reporting, Consolidation and analyses of Inventories on a Division level; - In close collaboration with the Division finance teams, alignment and consolidation of CAPEX Actuals and Forecast; - Report monthly Cost Centers Functional, Fixed Costs and upfront have the explanations for the deviations; - Cooperate with the Team on building the annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, as well as liaising with the responsible managers the Cost Centers Budgeting and upload it into CCP (Cost Center Planning); - Key expert for Business Warehouse (BW) Inventory Reports including user training and support, as well as continuous improvements of BW through development of new reports and enhancement of existing reports; - Activities in one site which include maintenance in BW of new materials, check the quarantine items and support in the calculation of Commercial Cost Estimate for BW on a monthly basis; - Ad-hoc reporting for special purposes, be part of special projects as directed by FP FP&A and/or FP Operations, for instance, organizational changes and integration that require adjustments to the reporting structures. **Your Profile**: - Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or similar; - 2+ years of Controlling/Finance experience; - Excellent skills in MS-Excel; - Desirable experience in SAP, JD Edwards, BW, BPC; - Standard Costing knowledge; - Experience in creating reports; - Fluent English (verbal and written); - Good analytical, planning and organization skills; - Ability to work in an international global work environment.
