FP&A Analyst - Corporate SG&A
As the Finance Corporate analyst you will support, measure and manage key financial metrics within Information Corporate Division SG&A KPIs, support finance processes and analysis, and drive standardization of scalable best practices across all the company and ensure timely deliverables on monthly controlling process and various other key reports. The role is located in Porto and a hybrid working model is available.
**Your Responsibilities**:
This position will support providing financial guidance and support to the Corporate SG&A functions, forecasting and annual budgeting process and cost center budget
Monitoring all related Cost Centres in different ERP Systems and work with local controllers, follow up on overruns, anomalies or wrong postings
Support on monitoring and assuring compliance of the global IT Capex/Opex projects and services related to more than 100 global external service providers
Support the timely consolidated monthly controlling and forecasting reporting for all Corporate SG&A functions as well as the global IT & HR budgeting process
Follow up on finance topics with IT suppliers and the SSC
Support Finance regarding all Bonus accrual & analysis for the Global Bonus plan and Sales Bonus plan and local bonus plans to guarantee right accruals and financial treatment
Support in ensuring the correct financial treatment of severances, including restructuring approval processes and corresponding monitoring
Align Headcount and Financial reporting in collaboration with FP&A and Divisional finance teams
Support Cost Center planning process as well as expense reporting and analysis in collaboration with group FP&A
**Your Profile**:
BA/BS in Accounting and/or Finance required.
3+ years of progressive experience in, FP&A or Business Analysis and/or Controlling
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
Team player
Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, financial modelling, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and ROI analyses
Problem solving skills as well as ability to focus on deliverables
Compatibility for both independent and team work
Displays integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
Highly motivated and flexible
Fluent English language skills, further knowledge of European languages is an advantage
