**Your mission**:
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Trade Marketing team by contributing to the planning, execution, and analysis of in-store and digital brand activations. Your efforts will help ensure our presence in key retail channels is impactful, consistent, and aligned with strategic objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your day to day with us**:

- Design and execute tailor-made trade marketing initiatives for key retail partners, enhancing brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Manage the development, production, and distribution of point-of-sale (POS) materials to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics and commercial teams to ensure delivery standards and timings.
- Provide logístical support for all trade marketing activities, from campaign setup to in-store implementation.
- Collaborate on digital and in-store activations, ensuring consistency across physical and online touchpoints.
- Conduct post-activation analysis to assess campaign effectiveness and generate actionable insights for future improvements.

Qualifications:
**What will you need to succeed?**
- Up to 1 year of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Category Management, Sales, or related areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical capabilities and confident presentation skills, including slide creation and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Photoshop is a plus.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
