**SALESLAND **is a multinational company providing outsourcing services in the sales field. Our customers use our services to maximize their sales and their market position.

We are recruiting for a project with a technology brand who seeks to incorporate (full-time) a **Trade Marketing Assistant** (M/F), in **Porto**.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage brand visibility at point of sales through through a series of marketing incentives;
- Monitor competitor’s activities and market performance;
- Provide support for the implementation of trade incentives and other marketing activities;
- Bring new ideas and innovative ways to promote the brand at point of sales;
- Monitor and ensure that all trade incentives are properly received by the customers in accordance with the existing trade incentive policy;
- Develop, plan and execute strategies and trade promotions for the key accounts and trade channels to achieve sale’s objectives;
- Ensure the strategies are in tandem with the positioning and potential of the accounts/channels;
- Take initiative to discuss and develop plans to assist the KAM to maximize the category potential in each of the retail accounts.

**Requirements**:

- Higher Education in Marketing, Management or similar (valued);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar functions (mandatory);
- Knowledge of English and Spanish (valued);
- Knowledge in retail and specialized retail (valued);
- Sales experience in the technology sector.

- Analytical ability;
- Oriented to objectives, results and clients;
- Dynamism and proactivity;
- Tolerance to pressure;
- Ability to solve problems.

**Conditions**:

- Fixed Salary + Variable;
- Conditions adjusted to the functions;
