By leveraging innovative technology, we aim to create a vibrant, engaging community where users can celebrate, compete, and share their passion for sports. We are expanding our growth team to drive user acquisition and take things to the next level.

As a Paid Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns aimed at driving new user growth. You'll work across major paid platforms to ensure campaigns are effective, well-structured, and continuously improving. Your insights and recommendations will directly inform tactical adjustments and broader campaign planning.

**Responsibilities**
- Proactively push boundaries of existing campaigns, ad platforms and industry best practices
- Launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (UAC), Meta, TikTok, and Reddit
- Monitor campaign performance daily and ensure optimal budget pacing and delivery
- Optimize creatives, audiences, placements and bidding strategies to hit performance KPIs
- Conduct in-platform A/B tests and manage campaign hygiene and structure
- Flag underperforming elements and implement iterative fixes proactively
- Generate reports and surface actionable insights and recommendations to the team
- Collaborate with strategic leads, creative, and analytics to inform campaign direction

**Requirements**:

- Self-driven individual with 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns
- Proficiency with Google Ads and other ads platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, )
- Strong experience working on MAI/AOE campaigns
- Experience using AppsFlyer MMP and expertise in mobile attribution practices
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with downstream mobile app metrics
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate performance trends and tactical suggestions clearly
- Interest in sports, especially football/soccer, is a strong plus
