**What will you do?**
- Specify, implement, and oversee strategic digital solutions.
- Manage incidents and ensure the continuity of critical business systems.
- Work with cutting-edge technologies, including Middleware, CRM, Billing, Apps, and Portals.
- Analyze and interpret system documentation and architecture, proposing innovative improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.

**What are we looking for?**
- A **degree**in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Informatics, or a related field.
- ** 4+ years** of experience as a **Business Analyst in digital projects**.
- ** 2+**years of experience in** IT project management (preferred)**.
- Experience in **IT helpdesk operations** and incident management.
- Strong knowledge of **Middleware, CRM, Billing, Apps, and Portals**.
- Proficiency in **Portuguese and English** for international collaboration.

**Where will you work?**
- ** Lisbon** | **Hybrid model** (2 days per week in the office).
