**LEGAL & COMPLIANCE ANALYST**

**We will count on you to**:

- Advise our consultants and the business with all related legal and compliance matters;
- Support on projects and clients contracts management;
- Guarantee tha all our registrations on providers platforms are compliant;
- Identify risks within our lines of businesses on consulting projects;
- Escalate more complex situations to our external consultants;
- International compliance reporting and align global guidelines to local reality and law.

**What you need to have**:

- Degree in Law;
- Solid experience and knowledge on corporate law and GDPR;
- At least 5 years of professional experience;
- English and portuguese language proficiency;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools;
- Great sense of ethics and integrity;
- Be able to translate technical language to non lawyers;
- Results oriented and confident speech.
