**What you'll do**:

- Legal & Compliance Projects: Contribute to research, document drafting, project coordination, and ensure compliance with corporate governance.
- Litigation Support: Assist with consumer litigation, including preparing case materials, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents.
- Entity Management: Maintain corporate records, file documents with relevant authorities, and support compliance with governance requirements.
- Data Protection & Privacy: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, handle Data Subject Requests (DSRs), conduct internal audits, and ensure adherence to GDPR and other laws.
- Contracts & Legal Administration: Draft, review, and manage influencer contracts and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), process legal invoices, and monitor legal budgets.

**Who we are looking for**:

- You recently completed a bachelor's degree in Law or Paralegal Studies.
- You have a strong understanding of legal principles in contract law, litigation, and data protection (GDPR knowledge is a plus).
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are proficient in English.
- You demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- You have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- You have previous work experience ( which is a plus ) and are available for **6 to 9 months.**
