We are seeking a skilled **Project Manager**to lead the coordination of technical data exchange implementations and migrations.

In this role, you will oversee the deployment of file exchange and messaging solutions while ensuring a deep understanding of technical and middleware environments. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful outcomes within established timelines.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of technical data transfer systems, including file transfers and MQ messaging
- Coordinate efforts across internal IT teams (infrastructure, security, middleware, and network) and external stakeholders such as clients and service providers
- Facilitate scoping discussions, follow-up meetings, and technical reviews to align all parties on project goals
- Create and oversee project plans, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, stay within budget, and adhere to deadlines
- Address and evaluate change requests, identifying potential impacts on production environments
- Provide guidance to middleware administration teams on technical decision-making and implementations
- Assess and challenge proposed technical solutions for file transfers, MQ messaging, and network configurations
- Collaborate effectively with network, systems, and security engineers to ensure project success
- Incorporate input from CISO and architecture teams into project plans and implementations
- Verify that technical solutions align with project requirements and organizational standards
- Participate in architecture and security committee discussions when required

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management
- At least 3 years of experience in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams of 20 or more employees
- Experience in at least 5 full project cycles or across multiple phases of the development lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of transfer protocols, including PeSIT, SFTP, FTPS, and HTTPS
- Proficiency in middleware tools such as Axway CFT, Axway Secure Transport, IBM MQ, and APIs
- Understanding of data encryption techniques such as PGP and GPG
- Familiarity with channel encryption protocols like TLS and SSH
- In-depth knowledge of network topologies, firewalls, and leased lines
- Proficiency with project management and ticketing tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills at a B2 level or higher

**Nice to have**
- Fluency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, or German is a plus
