Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is interested in the challenge of evolving our global identity solutions and building a strategic component of Vodafone’s future strategy. Global Vodafone ID is the central enabler across Vodafone markets and channels for Identity and Access Management. The Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform is used cross-channel (mobile apps, web and IVR) by Vodafone and 3rd party services.

The Product Manager owns the roadmap of the platform, defining and prioritizing functionalities to maximise the delivered value at any point in time.

**What you’ll do**:

- Representing the voice of the customer and prioritising activities accordingly, and therefore maximising the customer and business value
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (Group Technology & Commercial, Local Market Technology & Commercial as well as external 3rd Parties) to drive adoption of the platform
- Developing the Program Vision seeking new opportunities for the ID platform, in addition to steering the core Vodafone ID team roadmap and driving quarterly planning with the team
- Collaborating with UX/UI to build secure and convenient, frictionless & intuitive user experience that is consistent across all services
- Engaging with industry bodies (e.g. GSMA) as required to both understand what other operators are doing and drive monetisation opportunities of the service in the industry
- Ownership of the Vodafone ID platform and capabilities roadmap: Understand business needs to define vision, strategy and goals to enhance customer value
- Accountability for end-to-end delivery of the roadmap items in alignment with the Vodafone organisation - identify, manage and resolve dependencies and risks, support PI planning and ART
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (UXUI, design, legal, security, Devsceopsnetc.), and guide the team through key milestones
- Integrate user and industry research, and market analysis into product requirements
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics

**Who you are**:

- A higher education degree in IT/Engineering or Design or Business
- 5 years professional work experience in technical product management roles
- Deep understanding of Agile Product Management (ideally SAFe certified)
- Deep understanding of Product KPIs and metrics usage
- Familiar with OpenID Connect standards, biometrics, eKYC and eIDAS standards
- Experienced as product manager/ owner managing roadmaps, backlogs and requirements for digital products and platforms (understaning APIs, Microservices, Frontend and UX)
- Customer obsessed with an eye for detail to deliver best customer experience -proactively identifies from within his role initiatives and opportunities for improvement
- Very strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders of diversified skillsets and built long-lasting relationships
- Deep understanding of identity and access management customer as well as technology business value
- Proven trackrecord delivering complex strategic projects in the areas of communications, web or mobile services using of Agile practices of Product Development
- Experienced working in multi-national and multi-location teams
