Professional Internship: Project Management For

**Your contribution to something big**:
On your support role on project management you will:
- Co-Lead project teams in a cross-functional and international setup;
- Work with Time_To_Market (TTM) process taking products from requirements to finished product;
- Assure project planning and tracking;
- Prepare, review and report the project phases internally and with stakeholders;
- Identify risks, create transparency and proactively handle solutions.
On Agile working tools and methods you will:
- Prepare and moderate sprint plannings for multiple execution teams;
- Moderate sprint reviews and follow up on defined actions;
- Optimize meeting cascade within team.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:
- Previous experience in leading projects;
- Knowledge in using Project Management;
- Good technical understanding, with ability to understand complex system development;
- Capable of taking responsibility for project targets of time, cost, quality in line with team members and stakeholders;
- Analytical and structured working style;
- Good and effective communication and presentation skills;
- Active listener capable of promoting fruitful empathy with customers and project teams;
- Pro-active attitude with a problem solving mind-set;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
