We're looking for a **Content Moderator** who’s fluent in **Dutch and English** to help keep online spaces safe and respectful. If you're someone who pays attention to the details, understands online culture, and feels confident making judgment calls, this could be a great fit You’ll be reviewing content to make sure it aligns with community guidelines and platform policies. Already in Lisbon or ready to relocate? No problem — we’ll help with the move Just make sure you have **EU citizenship** or a **valid work permit** for Portugal.

**Key Qualifications**:
**Languages**: Native/fluent **Dutch** and **English** (C1-C2 level proficiency)

**Citizenship/Work Authorization**: Holder of **EU citizenship** or valid **Portuguese work permit**

**Relocation**: Willing to relocate to Lisbon (relocation assistance provided)

**Experience**: 1-2 years in content moderation, customer service (preferred but not mandatory)

**Technical Skills**: Familiar with digital platforms, social media tools, and content management systems

**Responsibilities**:
Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform rules and policies

Identify and report content that violates community standards or poses safety concerns

Maintain quality standards and adhere to moderation KPIs (accuracy, speed, consistency)

Provide feedback and suggestions for improving content policies and processes

Work in rotating shifts as needed, including weekends and public holidays
