**What You Will Do**:

- You will be part of the Trade Marketing Team for Emma's most exciting new ventures: wholesale and retail
- You ensure that Emma products are chosen by shoppers at the ultimate battleground: in-store by working with designers to create disruptive point-of-sale-materials and also create memorable brand experiences through our retail advisors.
- You will support our sales team to excite wholesale & retail partners in order to maximize our distribution footprint and to secure great deals.
- You will design playbooks, toolkits, and strategies to bring to life Emma's system of sleep products in our different offline retail environments including our Emma flagship stores.
- You will work closely with the product team, the global brand team, and the country sales teams in order to develop a holistic go-to-market strategy (pricing, product assortment, communications, etc.).
- You will have to opportunity to forge strategic partnerships with other brands and trusted organizations to generate demand for our products.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Previous experiences in a trade marketing, shopper marketing, brand management, product marketing, product management, category management, business development, or sales are appreciated, but anyone with a knack and passion to learn is welcome to apply
- You have a proven ability to work cross-functionally and to manage multiple stakeholder needs and expectations.
- You have the ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You are motivated to work in an international and multi-cultural environment that allows you to look at opportunities from multiple perspectives.
- You have passion for developing brands from a holistic perspective.
- You are entrepreneurial by nature and see opportunities everywhere.
- You're fast, pragmatic, and proactive, have high energy and a can-do attitude.
- You love to work with others and others love to work with you.
- English fluency is mandatory, and secondary proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, or Dutch are a plus
