**Job Description** Desk Side Technician Trainee Position Description Apoio e suporte aos membros CGI na correta utilização dos meios IT disponíveis. Your future duties and responsibilities - Instalação e configuração do sistema operativo Windows 10/11, produtos Office (word, excel, powerpoint, etc); - Instalação, configuração ou remoção de postos de trabalho; - Substituição de componentes como Memorias Ram, Discos mecânicos, Discos SSD; - Ajuda aos utilizadores nas mais diversas situações do dia a dia (throbleshooting e resolução); - Configuração de Shares de rede.
