Instaleap has been growing fast over the past two years despite its (at the time) nearly sole product focus. It's time to scale our growth efforts with what is now a leading technology and distinguishing product in the space.
**Profile**
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the **strategic partner for our customers at every stage of the process**. You will be the person that communicates our customer’s needs to our product team and will be focused on teaching our clients how to take advantage of all of Instaleap’s features and solve their business needs.
**What will you do?**
- Structuring an onboarding process for our clients.
- Maintain constant communication with the client to identify needs and escalate them to our product team.
- Maintain direct and continuous communication with senior stakeholders.
- Understand how Instaleap software can help our clients achieve their goals (includes understanding pains and relating them with our current product capabilities)
- Analyze the client’s current operational status and use data insights to define strategies to help improve their e-commerce transactions, understanding each store's operations while building a trusting relationship with Instaleap.
- Structure business and growth plans to achieve client’s digital growth.
- Enhance and maximize the client's digital presence through mentoring and consultative support.
- Monitor Customer Success KPIs to generate action plans and offer solutions to our customers.
**Your experience has been shaped by**:
- Experience performing in roles as a: consultant; project manager; Team Leader in operations or e-commerce; or similar experience in operations or e-commerce
- Experience in a fast-paced environment as a tech company or start-up
- Experience in last-mile delivery companies will be highly valued
- Experience managing cross-functional teams is a plus
- Engineering background would be amazing
**Your SuperPowers**
- Data-driven and results-oriented person.
- Previous experience in project management, operation roles, or customer-facing roles.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (B2-C1)
