We are looking for a **Power BI Analyst **to join our team:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations based on business requirements.
- Create and manage datasets and data models to ensure accurate and efficient data analysis.
- Collaborate with D&A manager to gather requirements and understand business needs for reporting and analysis.
- Design and implement data transformations, data cleansing, and data aggregation processes within Power BI.
- Optimize Power BI performance by tuning queries and data models for efficient data retrieval and visualization.
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to stakeholders through visually appealing and interactive Power BI reports.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and consistency in Power BI reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, best practices, and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Power BI Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including report and dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX language.
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages.
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts is a plus.
- Fluent in Portuguese and in English
