**Your skills and experience**
Job description:

- Network Planning and Optimization (NPO) technical specialist role in supporting customer escalations on various critical and technical complex tasks related to network planning, quality assurance, optimization, new releases, features and customer consultancy.
- As a NPO technical specialist in Network Performance optimization project and effectively lead other NPO engineer or a group of NPO specialists in project delivery.
- Actively involve and contribute to Nokia Services unit Capability development program through guidelines creation, training material creation, best practices sharing and delivering workshop/training.
- Strong networking and relationship with Global experts, product line and region experts.
- Readily to support any project/customer escalation case globally in short notice.

**Requirements**:

- Min. 5 years of experience in Radio Planning and Optimization with minimum 3 years of LTE and 5G technology project experience, a proven track records in solving complex technical tasks.
- In depth knowledge in LTE and 5G, architecture, RF principle and fundamentals.
- In-depth knowledge in Nokia LTE and 5G RAN algorithm, parameters, performance counters, network KPI, signaling flow and protocol.
- Experience in LTE/ 5G E2E mobile network (RAN and Core) network performance and optimization.
- Knowledge in database programming and data analytics is an added advantage.
- Good communication, teamwork, interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player, self-motivated and possesses strong commitment to excel.
- Flexible in remote delivery with different time zones and travelling for on-site support.
