**Why we need you**:
As part of our current plans for rapid expansion, we are seeking a Release Manager to join the Software Delivery team with a strong focus on Software Engineering, Quality, Continuous Integration and Delivery, across a number of agile teams, across multiple locations.

**What you will do**:

- Coordinate the planning, scheduling, execution, risk management and status reporting of Global Shares software releases
- Work closely with software development and QA teams to ensure quality software releases are deployed as per the predefined schedule
- Provide high-quality advice, guidance and support to all Release Management stakeholders
- Communicate the project-related tasks such as plans, timelines, requirements, etc. between different teams
- Identify the risks that can delay the release and manage them, such that the scope, the schedule, and the quality of the software release is not affected
- Focus on continuous improvement within the Global Shares Release Management processes
- Chair release retrospective meetings with release stakeholders
- Maintain documentation related to the Global Shares Release Management process

**What you have**:

- Proven experience as a Release Manager in an Agile environment, with 2 years+ experience
- Computer Science degree or an equivalent degree
- Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytics skills
- Knowledge of JIRA is essential
- Knowledge of branching structures, Bitbucket, Jenkins, OnTrack, TestRail, Grafana and Graylog is an advantage
