**The preferred locations are India, Pakistan, Mexico, Portugal, Czech Republic.**
**You‘ll make an impact by**:
In this position, collaboration is key - you'll work closely with the HR team and stakeholders to lead digital transformation initiatives. You'll also cooperate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint areas for automation, simplify processes, and implement advanced digital solutions. Additionally, you'll ensure a seamless integration of digital tools and platforms with existing HR systems and software.
To excel in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of HR practices and processes, coupled with expertise in digital technologies. Proactivity, attention to detail, and project management skills are essential. The ability to analyze data and offer valuable insights is critical to success. Your innovative ideas and HR tech know-how will help us optimize operations and enhance the employee experience.
**Your Responsibilities - Shaping the Digital Future**
- Act as a bridge between HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementations of HR digital tools.
- Identify areas for optimization and help to improve system functionality.
- Create custom functions, documents, and training materials.
- Assist in training HR staff on new processes and offer ongoing tech support.
- Manage multiple projects while aligning them with HR and organizational objectives
- Contribute to maintaining data security and privacy compliance.
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
- Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite for efficient project management and documentation.
- Stay updated on HR tech trends, including low-code development platforms.
**Your success is grounded in**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in HR digitalization or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft VBA.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and diverse team environment.
- Strong presentation skills for communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in change management for HR technology implementations.
- Experience in creating and maintaining HR process documentation.
- Familiarity with HR software testing and quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms such as Mendix or similar tools (a plus).
- Familiarity with cloud-based HR solutions (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Experience in Robotics, Automation, or AI (an advantage).
- Experience in Java Script, Python, or C# (an advantage).
**Your Digital Nexus**
We're in the process of assembling teams across Asia, Europe, and Latin America. The work location offers flexibility within any country housing our established GBS H2R Delivery Hubs.
