We are looking for an experienced full-time agent to do the following as a Buyer's Agent to provide our service to international buyers: guide them through our proven proprietary process to have them purchase a property and be invoiced with a 5-star rating at the end.

Goldcrest Real Estate helps busy international professionals to find the perfect property. We’ve helped hundreds of clients own their properties, for the long term, with a focus on quality and respecting their community and environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Contact and follow-up with already existing clients to assess their investment requirements.
- Act as the intermediary between the client and the overall real estate market to ensure a smooth real estate transaction.
- Follow the process in all of your actions.
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale.
- Conduct a thorough need analysis of investment to ensure fiduciary service to clients.
- Communicate diligently with administrative staff to ensure the highest level of service to buyer clients from initial contact through contract to close.
- Regularly attend team meetings.
- Attend regular training sessions and be up-to-date with real estate data and news.
- Sales / people skills: You actively listen, not only talk.
- Fluent in Portuguese for negotiations and coordination.
- 2+ years of experience in the residential real estate.
- Ability to communicate and articulate ideas effectively.
- Organized and team player.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Highly motivated.
