Associated with the Galeries Lafayette group and present in Portugal, in Leiria we are looking for a **System Operator.**

**Your future job**:

- Treat triggered alerts
- Follow defined SLAs and keep track of the recovery actions performed
- Report Monitoring recurrences
- Analyze Monitoring data and suggest improvements
- Maintenance of Windows/Linux systems to support the business

**What’s expected from you**:

- Availability to work on shifts (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux
- Experience with configuration of new servers
- Knowledge of Application & Web Servers
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Proactivity
- Good communication and organization
- Team player
- Good ability to deal with stress

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in scripts development to control operations
