Content Moderator with Dutch Language

**Work from the offices in Lisbon** We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. **About the project**: You will be providing services for a popular social media platform that allows users to create, share, and discover short-form videos. Launched in 2016, it has quickly become one of the most downloaded and widely used apps globally. **Responsibilities**: - Review the content that has been received by internal systems or users to ensure that it complies with the community guidelines established by the client; - Review, classify and/or eliminate highly sensitive content, uploaded by users, according to the parameters defined by the client; - Make timely escalations that require special attention in accordance with established procedures and comply with all the orders, instructions, procedures related and complementary to the role; - Perform outbound calls during the investigation, to collect proof of their complains, from drivers and customers. **Requirements**: - Flawless communication skills, both **written and oral in Dutch language (C2)**+ Advanced English language (B2); - You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively - Excellent communication skills, empathy & high focus on customer satisfaction **What we offer** - Full time contract - Base salary without accommodation: 1429 € - Base salary with accommodation: 1170 € (room in shared apartment with bills included paid by the employer during the contract) - You will also receive payment for completing the training **CONTRACT**: - Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal) - Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance). **IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - permanent relocation package**: - Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal; - Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring; - Accommodation in the city - discounted from the salary - Integration activities: Portuguese lessons, sports and other opportunities for integration Note: EU citizenship or full working rights are required ?PORhd< Pay: 1,170.00€ - 1,429.00€ per month Application Question(s): - When you can start working? **Language**: - Dutch (required) - English (required)
