We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer. - **Fast and easy recruitment process**: - **Location**: Lisbon - **Work Type**: On-site **The project**: We are looking for Dutch-speaking individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a customer service role to join our team in Lisbon. You will be supporting a globally recognized company and helping customers by providing friendly and effective assistance. **Your Responsibilities**: - Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone or digital channels, identifying and addressing their needs promptly. - Deliver excellent customer experiences through professional, brand-aligned communication. - Aim for First Contact Resolution by effectively using available tools and information. - Act as a brand ambassador with strong knowledge of the products, services, and company values, continuously learning and improving. - Create sales and retention opportunities by engaging customers, promoting relevant offers, and building lasting relationships. **Requirements**: - Dutch language (C2) - English language (B2) - Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a dynamic, international environment. - Positive attitude and motivation to grow within a customer-focused role. - Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers. - Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. **What you will gain**: - Full time contract - Base salary without accommodation: 1409 € - Base salary with accommodation: 1350 € (room in shared apartment with bills included paid by the employer during the contract) - Productivity bonus: 100€ - You will also receive payment for completing the training **IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - permanent relocation package**: - Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal; - Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring; - Accommodation in the city - discounted from the salary - Integration activities: Portuguese lessons, sports and other opportunities for integration Note: EU citizenship or full working rights are required ?PORhd< Pay: 990.00€ - 1,410.00€ per month Application Question(s): - When you can start working? - Are you based in Lisbon or ready to relocate there? **Language**: - Dutch (required) - English (required)
