Our client is one of the most popular video streaming service provider across Europe.
Their services are growing very strongly including new countries. Therefore, we are looking for reinforcements in the form of French-speaking employees for our remote team in Portugal.
We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot of system configurations and network settings
- Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer’s inquiries
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

**What do we expect?**
- **You speak native French**:

- **You speak English -B2 level is a big plus**:

- You are ready to move to Lisbon or already live there
- You are customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with people
- We don’t need previous experience, we will teach you everything

**What do we offer?**
- **Project starts on 6.07**:

- **Fixed term, full time employment contract for 6 months with option to extend it indefinitely (according to the Portuguese law)**:

- Complete online hiring process regulated
- **Work in home office: Monday to Sunday 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m (40h per week) with 2 rotating days off**:

- **We offer remote work system in **the** area of Districts: Coimbra, Castelo Branco, Leiria, Santarem, Portalegre, Evoria, Setubal, Beja & Faro**:

- **Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance) - **you have a total of approx. €1150 - €1250 gross x12 months**:

- 968€ gross x12 months or 830€ gross x14 months
- up to 100€ gross **performance bonus**/month**:

- up to 70€ gross **complexity bonus /months**:

- **meal allowance**: 7,23€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
- Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
- Relocation package: flight ticket reimbursement (free after 6 months) & possibility of accommodation in a company-owned apartment
