D+ services are growing very strongly including new countries. Therefore, we are looking for reinforcements in the form of German-speaking employees for our remote team in Portugal.

We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot of system configurations and network settings
- Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer’s inquiries
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

**What do we expect**:

- **Fluency in German (C2 - native)**:

- **Communicative English level**:

- You already live in Portugal
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

**What we offer**:

- Possible start**:in June**:

- Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
**1283€ gross x 12 months** or 1100€ gross x 14 months,
***up to 100€** gross performance bonus,
***7,23€ NET/day** meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card
- **Working time frames**: Monday to Sunday 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m (Portuguese time - 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) with 2 rotating days off****:

- **Full time fixed term 6-months employment contract with extension possibility **(according to the Portuguese law)
- Training is provided at the beginning of the work
- **We offer remote work system in the area of Districts: Castelo Branco, Leiria, Santarem, Portalegre, Evoria, Setubal, Beja & Faro**:

- Private health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months contract)
- Complete online hiring process regulated

**Note: We require EU citizenship or full rights to work in Portugal**
