All-Rounder Admin Assistant (Real Estate & Property Management)

**Location**: Luz, Algarve
**Contract**: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)
**Salary**: €1,200 per month

**About the Role**
Our client is seeking a motivated and versatile Admin Assistant to join their real estate and property management company in Luz. This is a full-time permanent role, ideal for someone young, proactive, and eager to gain experience across a variety of tasks. You will be involved in all areas of the business, from administration and property management to sales and social media.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administration**: Handle daily office tasks, documentation, filing, and client communications.
- **Property Management**: Assist with managing property listings, coordinating maintenance requests, and liaising with tenants and owners.
- **Sales Support**: Help prepare listings, respond to enquiries, and coordinate property viewings.
- **Marketing & Social Media**: Manage online listings (Idealista and other platforms), create and schedule social media posts, and support marketing campaigns.
- **Client Interaction**: Provide professional, friendly support to clients in both English and Portuguese.
- **Ad-hoc Support**: Assist the management team with day-to-day operational needs.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **English and Portuguese** (written and spoken).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office and comfortable with online platforms (Idealista, social media).
- Proactive attitude, flexible, and willing to take on a wide range of tasks.
- **Driving licence and own car** (essential).
- Based in or near Luz.
