Winprovit is recruiting Desktop Technician (M/F) for a project that is being developed in a client, in Lisbon.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field;
- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles;
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better;
- Experience with Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs, Office 365;
- Experience with PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions,

Helpdesk ticketing systems;
- Experience with Mobile device management (including IOS and Android devices);
- Willing to work off-hours and weekends when required for projects or emergency

support;
- Advanced English.
