**What are the main responsibilities of a Business Manager ?
**1. Business Development**

Market prospection, schedule and conduct business meetings, manage client relationships, make your business grow.

**2. Hiring**

**3. People Management**

Manage your team of consultants by building a strong relationship with them, understanding and supporting all needs in order to develop their career.

**Do you have?**
- A Bachelors or Master's preferably in Management/Economics, Engineering or HR
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, written and spoken
- International experience and/or Internship programs as a plus
- 1-2 years' experience overall in any field (preferable)

**Are you?**
- Motivated to create your own client pipeline and new business opportunities in IT & Engineering Consulting
- Results driven with a can-do attitude to find new ways to increase business needs
- A smiling, dynamic and communicative person with passion to interact with different people
- An Authentic and positive energy person
