**We are looking for a Collections Assistant who got what it takes to be a part of us, a part of Prime Group

**Your main responsibilities and challenges will be:
- Performing the daily management of the entire collection flow, ensuring the control of customers' current accounts: i) effective collection in accordance with contractual terms and conditions; ii) achievement of collection metrics and debt seniority.
- Providing customer support and advice, analysing and resolving customer disagreements;
establish a good relationship with the customer in order to improve the ability to solve any problems.
- Working closely with the Sales, Billing teams to ensure the necessary information for account creation/maintenance, establish inter-help in resolving divergences and contribute to the leadership to identify improvements in customer service and internal processes.
- Making accounting release of receipts and regular sending of collection maps to payment centers.

**Do you meet our Prime Group Business Managers requirements?
Ideally a Master degree in Management or Accounting

Fluent French and English, Portuguese is a plus;
Good knowledge of Excel is mandatory;
Analytical and communication skills;
Analysis and processing of financial data;
Negotiating ability;
Autonomous and persistent in meeting goals;
Dynamic, responsible and organized;
Ability to work under pressure and manage the complexity of various tasks;
High customer service orientation (internal and external);
Conflict management skills.
