We operate in the Lisbon timezone (GMT+1). **What you'll do** As a **Salesforce Technical Architect**, you will lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-impact Salesforce solutions across finance, insurance, health, and digital services. You will: - **Lead end-to-end**Salesforce architecture and implementation, from vision to execution. - Solve complex platform challenges with **creativity and engineering** discipline. - ** Use AI tools**as your co-architect: leverage tools like Claude and other accelerators to stay in a productive "architect and coding vibe" state-thinking faster, validating patterns quicker, and reducing design waste - **Provide technical leadership** to delivery teams and review critical code. - ** Ensure architectural integrity** and regulatory compliance across projects. - **Embed automation**, integration, and innovation in every solution. - **Stay ahead of** Salesforce innovations and translate them into business value. **What we're looking for** - **5+ years of** hands-on Salesforce architecture and development experience. - Proven track record **designing and delivering**complex, scalable Salesforce solutions. - Strong command of **LWC**development, **integrations**(REST/SOAP), and **data modeling**. - **Salesforce certifications**(architect and/or adv developer and/or data cloud). - Fluency in Portuguese and English **(both written and spoken**) - Ability to communicate clearly with business **stakeholders**and **technical teams**, adapting to both strategic and operational conversations. - Proven skills in **leading**cross-functional **teams**, mentoring co-workers, and managing technical project workstreams with confidence and accountability. - Strong **interpersonal and collaboration skills** able to build trust with clients and foster teamwork internally. - A pragmatic, hands-on mindset with a **commitment**to delivering real client impact, not just technical perfection.
