We are dedicated to growing our team with talented individuals who share our enthusiasm for creating exceptional travel experiences, a strong ownership sense and our commitment to operational excellence. **THE ROLE** As the Talent Acquisition Specialist in the People Division, you will work in our Field Operations roles playing a pivotal role in defining and executing our recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract and retain the right talent to drive our company's success. Reporting directly to the People Executive, you will work closely with various teams to understand their hiring needs and ensure we close positions with quality and speed. **WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?** - Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring new employees. - Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Ensuring collaboration with the key stakeholders to be profoundly aligned with the business needs. - Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights to improve the hiring process. - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. - Disseminating recruitment practices across the organization. - Designing all processes with consideration for our Core Values "Work Hard with Integrity," and "Frugal"; and Operating Principles"Operate with High Standards". - Embracing the operating principle to "Operate with High Standards" to ensure high-quality outcomes. - Being a doer, actively driving and implementing recruitment initiatives. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition. - Experience with ATS, Greenhouse is a big plus. - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. - Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion. - Fluency in English is mandatory. **Are you ready to Go Indie?
