We are transforming our HR function at Convatec and are now looking for great people to fill our newly created roles as part of our international HR Service Delivery Team. The role of Junior Talent Acquisition is a fantastic opportunity to join us at the start of this journey as we continue our ambition to find and select the best talents to join Convatec, across multiple geographies and functions. It will also give you the opportunity to help shape and optimise the talent acquisition services.
**Job Summary**
The role of Junior Talent Acquisition has been created to support and deliver our talent acquisition services for entry and junior roles.This role offers great development and the opportunity to support the build of tomorrow’s Convatec.
You will be part of a strong and dedicated HR community as well as the global talent acquisition team, helping Convatec to build an inclusive culture, finding the best diverse talent for our key vacancies.
As part of your role, key responsibilities include:
- Triaging and resolving recruitment queries
- Posting our vacancies both internally and externally on LinkedIn and/or other relevant job boards for your markets
- Shortlisting CVs for your hiring managers, to support hiring the best diverse talent
- Coordinating the selection process from interviews and assessments to feedback
- Raising POs for recruitment spend in SAP
- Talent pooling for future key roles
- Ensuring our Convatec brand is lived and breathed at every recruitment touchpoint.
Other opportunities in this role include:
- Supporting the build of our new talent acquisition processes as part of a shared service including optimisations to continuously improve our offering
- Supporting Talent Acquisition queries and requests as they arise, finding solutions where needed
- Ensuring we do what’s right in terms of predefined local market legislation throughout the talent acquisition process
- Capturing and inputting relevant data to enable talent acquisition reporting across quality, cost and time to hire
- Along with the wider HR team, driving the ongoing development and improvement of our knowledge bases to support the development of shared services.

We will be providing a 4-week induction and training period to engage you in everything that Convatec represents for our patients, customers and employees and to upskill you in all the tools and systems you will leverage to deliver successfully in this role.
You will be joining a newly formed talent management team, with opportunities to grow, within talent acquisition or wider people management.

- If you have some international experience, either personally or professionally, adapting to different and diverse cultures, this will be an added bonus.
**Language skills required**
- Good written and spoken English and Spanish is essential
- If you have other languages including Portuguese, this will be an advantage.
**Working Conditions**
- We support a hybrid working approach with a minimum of 3 days/week in our Bogota office
- As you will be supporting markets in multiple time zones, some flexibility around working hours will be needed.
