- **It’s office based position in Lisbon Oriente**:

- We don’t need any experience, we offer training
- **2 Shifts system**: Monday -Sunday (1st shift : 8:00 - 17:00 & 2nd shift: 13:00 to 22.00) -40h/5days per week incl. Public Holidays

We are looking for reinforcements in the form of Italian-speaking employees for our team in Lisbon. We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- Composing empathetic and customised messages when in contact with the users
- Investigate and resolve the complaint, provide detailed documentation of the circumstances, proceed with the investigation and justify the proposed resolution
- Process insurance policy administration or cancellation requests
- Manage escalated or urgent calls where customer may be very upset

**What do we expect?**

**What do we offer?**
- **Possible start: 12.07**:

- Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):

- 1050€ gross x12 months or 900€ gross x 14 months -basic salary
- up to 100€ gross performance bonus/month
- meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
- Fixed term, renewable full time employment contract for 6 months (according to the Portuguese law)
- **Complete online hiring process regulated**:

- 2 Shifts system: Monday -Sunday (1st shift : 8:00 - 17:00 & 2nd shift: 13:00 to 22.00) -40h/5days per week incl. Public Holidays
- **Office work system in our modern office in Lisbon -Oriente**:
