**Your contribution to something big**: Our IT department located in Lisbon, is included in a dynamic and international team that belongs to our central department in Germany. You will have the opportunity to shape the future with Bosch and work in a major worldwide transformation and digitalization project. We are looking for a HR automation consultant, with the following responsibilities: - Support internal customers in creation of user stories in the area of automation. - Analyze requirements and provide solution designs (RPA, CPA, IPA and Chatbots) based on guidelines, legal and system restrictions. - Responsible for implementation, documentation and handover to support (end-to-end). - Raise continuous improvement ideas and implement them with the solution team. - Manage escalations as problem owner for all "run" aspects in the lifecycle of the IT-Solutions. **Qualifications**: **What distinguishes you**: - Degree in computer science / business informatics / business administration or similar, - Very good knowledge in process automation tools (preferable Automation Anywhere) and Chatbots (Cognigy), - Very good knowledge of HR processes, operations and automation, - Good moderation and communication skills (target group-oriented presentation of complex technical issues), - Team-oriented, communicative and open to intercultural cooperation with hands-on mentality, - Structured, analytical, responsible and open-minded, - Good level of English (C1) **Additional Information**: **What we offer you**: Challenges in an international environment | career opportunities in one of the best companies in the world | flexible hours | medical services | discounts for employees | sports and health related activities | canteen | good access to public transports | space for creativity. **Success stories don´t just happen.
